Yes, though we suggest two people work together for added ease (and you will need a drill to attach the table top to the desk frame). For office fit outs, or bulk orders we can arrange a suitable team to assemble at your location for an agreed fee.

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and bank deposit. Bank deposit transfer may be the only option for bulk order discounted pricing.

Yes, all pricing includes VAT and we can issue a VAT invoice on request.

We can deliver Furna products all over the UK and EU. If you wish to order for in Europe - please contact us for a quote - we're happy to arrange delivery to anywhere!

We will provide a dispatch and delivery lead time on your quote. This can range from next business day, to 10 or 12 weeks for bespoke custom production on larger orders.

The desk frames and desk tops are packaged very securely in thick carton boxes with plenty of padding inside. We do the same to protect all other products in suitable cartons.

The product cartons are made to take knocks during transit. They may be a little worn due to this, though the product inside should be perfectly fine due to extra padding inside. If you suspect the product inside is damaged, it is best to quickly check and refuse to sign for the delivery if there is damage.

Furna desk frames & electronic motors come with 5 years warranty as standard. All other Furna products (including desk tops) come with 2 or more years warranty as standard.

We reserve the right to choose to either replace any faulty item with another of the same or equal specification, or to offer a refund where we are unable to supply a replacement.

We offer a refund on any item which is faulty, or not up to the standard you had hoped for. Please contact us by clicking here to arrange an exchange or refund. For products which are not damaged on arrival and are due to change of mind, we are unable to refund the delivery cost.
