New research suggests standing desks boost work performance

A study undertaken by researchers from the University of Leicester on desk-based staff at the NHS has shown that 43% of sit-stand desk users reported a performance boost after 12 months of use. Just as importantly, 52% of the people in the study reported feeling more engaged at their workplace after the same period.
