We can deliver Furna products all over the UK included in our website pricing. If you wish to order from elsewhere in Europe - please contact us for a delivery quote - we're happy to arrange delivery to anywhere!
Orders before 1pm on a business day can often be dispatched on the same day! Otherwise, your order will be dispatched on the next business day.
Most orders will be delivered via DPD next-day (business days) around the United Kingdom. If you require Saturday delivery - please contact us as we can upgrade to that prior to order being dispatched for a fee.
The desk frames and desk tops are packaged very securely in thick carton boxes with plenty of padding inside.
The product cartons are made to take knocks during transit. They may be a little worn due to this, though the product inside should be perfectly fine due to extra padding inside. If you suspect the product inside is damaged, it is best to quickly check and refuse to sign for the delivery if there is damage.
Furna desk frames & electronic motors come with 5 years warranty as standard. All other Furna products (including desk tops) come with 2 years warranty as standard.
We reserve the right to choose to either replace any faulty item with another of the same or equal specification, or to offer a refund where we are unable to supply a replacement.
We offer a refund on any item which is faulty, or not up to the standards you had hoped for. Please contact us by clicking here to arrange an exchange or refund. For products which are not damaged on arrival and are due to change of mind, we are unable to refund the delivery cost.
